CCL is an organization that upholds the belief in the holy trinity, the resurrection of Christ, and that we should strive to live like Christ. Our practices include daily prayer, worship, and study of the Bible. A purposeful life is one aligned to the will of GOD.
Literacy & Reading Comprehension
CCL believes in literacy for all. Reading and comprehension are skills that open up limitless possibilities for students. It starts with a strong understanding of the basics, CCL educators approach is grounded in “ The Science of Reading.” We utilize Wilson’s fundations, Heggerty, HMH, Acadiance, & Wit and Wisdom to find the best fit for our students’ learning.
Community Service
1 Peter 4:10: “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” CCL follows the principle of serving others to please God and for the good of all. As our students develop as learners they will grow in their talents and use those talents to help our community, through sharing food grown in our organic garden, mentoring, volunteer work, and collaborating on finding solutions for problems that plague our community.
